A great book for while you're traveling. This is a compilation of short stories written by Udall before he made it big with his two novels (The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint and The Lonely Polygamist). I enjoyed these; some were funny, moving, shocking, or disturbing. A few were like "what was the point of that". Nevertheless, nice light reading for a traveler. You won't mind getting interrupted during this, because its so easy to pick up where you left off. I'm reading Faulkner right now, yeah...definitely need more concentration for that ;)
